- "The website administrator" refers to C.S.B. Morley or the assignee(s) thereof.
- "I" and "my" refer to the user registering at this website.

- The corresponding author reserves the right to relax Conditions (6) and/or (7) on a case-by-case basis; without receiving express written consent from the corresponding author I will not disclose the findings of this website and/or this book;
- The corresponding author will credit others for their genealogical contributions; if I make notes during my study of this book and/or website for my own personal use I will in return accord the corresponding author and other relevant contributors the same due credit by properly citing this website and/or book;

- I will not access my account from a public location or over an unsafe computer network;
- If I think my account has been compromised then I will alert the website administrator;
Privacy and behaviour
